John Riccitiello, the CEO of famed game publisher Electronic Arts (EA), argued that the price decrease for the Sony game console is the brilliant step.

After urged by the game publisher, Sony finally decided to cut the price Playstation 3. This step is also positive comment by one of the largest game publisher, EA.

"The decision to lower the price of Sony Playstation 3 is a brilliant and steps taken in a timely manner," said Riccitiello, as quoted from Chicagotribune, Friday, (21/8/2009).

Riccitiello also add, the price decline in mid-August is the right step, let alone the public will soon welcome the Thanksgiving or Christmas.
